Read my last FU and you'll know I'm fresh on the market:
I've been seeing a chick for about 2 weeks and, since V-Day was right around the corner and timing was akward, I invited her out to dinner for the 14th: she said OK. Then 2 days prior to the date, the girl bails on me...turns out she had dated a dude for 3 years and broke up with him LESS THAN 3 WEEKS AGO (keep in mind we went to dinner 2 weeks ago). Thank God I was there to break her fall: (as Jim Norton would say) EEEYUUUUUCHHHHHHH
Any other guy think I have a right to my money spent on the other dates back???

Dude... I know exactly what you are talking about the same exact thing happened to me. I got the brush off because she still has feelings for her ex... granted we banged on the second date so I don't feel too bad... and don't need my money back for the 2 dates we went on... :icon_mrgr

Nice guys finish last...
I refer to this as being "the shoulder". I am good enough to hear every nasty deed your ex did, but not good enough for you to play the flute?
Chicks know how men will say and do nearly anything for a shot at the meat curtains, some of them take advantage. A dinner here, maybe a gift, or some flowers there. Try to kiss her and get the "I'm not ready yet" or the infamous "friends" speech.
Sir, I would not only demand my money back, but I would demand an apology for being a manipulative, self-centered, egotistical cunt. Why should we give a shit about thier feelings when they don't ever consider ours.

I mean I love women, but they fucking suck. They just love to play fucking games and it's all about them. Their attention.
Fuck you.

You boys are too busy playing games with these girls and you're passing up all the great catches that are out there. *tsk tsk* Stop bitching about it, stop being so pissy & whiney, get over it, and move on. Sounds like you already had feelings for her, O&AVan.

You give good advice, its always good to move on and not dwell... but the reality of it is.... THEY'RE ALL FUCKIN CRAZY in one way or another, some you can just tolerate more than others.

You act like he did something wrong here. He just started dating some girl who less than a week after breaking up with her guy was dating again. But she wasn't honest about her intentions with him.
How could he have feeling for someone after 2 weeks? He was just trying to get to know her and maybe he thought going out for a nice Valentine's dinner would be a good "in."
I blame her for not giving it time. We all know she was just using him to try and make her ex jealous.

DMM, maybe you're right, and I should say, "Stop being so fucking cheap and asking for your date money back!" Get over it! :)

Yea thats a real cunty thing to do by not telling you she was straight out of a long term relationship. I had the same shit happen and it sucks. Well if she has a sister I would suggest banging her to get even or move on and get over it shes not worth it.

Take Lil Jimmy's approach and only get together with hookers if you're unwilling to risk being emotionally hurt which will happen in any relationship!

How about a FU to us men who are dumb enough to let a chick use us as a rebound and not see it for what it really is.

Jeezuz Gentlemen, Keep the 4 F's foremost in dealing with all women. Until you find that one that you will marry, the 4 F's govern all relationships.
And after you marry the one that you find, the 4 F's govern all affairs.
Christ, it's not rocket science.

Must not of been that grreat a date if she went back to her bf. gotta get her in bed and blow her mind... old bf is dust. especialy after 3 years you know their sex life was crap by then.
after you own her sexualy start the fuck her head routine,,, make yourself partialy available,, and not real interested... but when you do go out with her screw her so good she thinks of nothing but your cock all day.
youll own her in a week.
theres only one thing left woman still need us for.... use it wisely.

Okay, I guess I had to ask. Are you, perhaps, referring to yourself here? :icon_wink
If so, how does one go about catching you? :)

Ugh. You have to ask how? That's Problem #1 right there.
And at this point in my life, I might as well hold out for someone with Opie kind of money. :action-sm

Just get over her and don't worry about getting the money back. Next time, don't pay for the date. Pay for your half and make her pick up her share until you've been seeing each other for a while.

Yea, just become a cold, bitter human being. Don't open yourself up to any feelings for fear of being hurt and live alone.
Some of the advice in here is way too "Tough Guy."

She might have not been into you and used that excuse as a way out. Asking for the money back for the dates will just make you look pathetic. Chalk it up to experience and move on.

this is your typical female response. if they were the ones spending the money you damn well they would want a refund. so fuck you to women with the type of attitude.

You're the idiot who is paying for everything then. I never expected anything when I was on the dating scene, at best I would let the guy buy me a drink or two.
If you're spending the money, that's your own fault. Don't turn around and ask for it back.

I'm not the one that said you should spend an amount that's going to hurt your budget. There's a ton of things to do that don't cost much, if anything. A date doesn't have to require you to spend huge amounts of money.

never spent a bunch on a date.... shows your desperate to begin with. Unless your rich./
I say cheap it out till you find out if shes worth food. most arent.

I really don't mind too much on the spending the money part. Just be honest enough to let me know where I stand. Are we friends or what?
Had one girl who had the whole "Dr. Jeckyl, Mr. Hyde" thing. One day she's the sweetest person then the next psycho bitch from hell.(Well, that is what my best friend coined for her!)

Women like this are good for one thing, fucking and forgeting. They are mental midgets that have no conception of how it makes the guy feel when she fucks him around. Fuck her and the whore the bore her

The whole post was aimed at how annoying of a situation it was, i didn't take it too harshly.

I attract in spades, those women who have had their heart broken so many times that they think EVERY guy is like that, including me, so I am constantly stuck with women with *ahem* "trust issues"
