Not sure what the hell just happened but recieved an email saying they got my request for a refund, refunded me and wiped my acct.

Yeah that's pretty much all I have to say, I'm pissed.

I've emailed, still waiting to hear back.
I called, could only leave message, still waiting to here back.
Called IPay (proccesor), and they said "yep you're cancelled"...... wow, I already knew this...they suggested I call paltalk.... I said good day

I was actually about to run out to Staples and pick up a new cam and mic, but even though I need it anyway I just can't bring myself to reach into my pocket for the cam untill I hear back from these people

Create a new screen name.... actually your original one should work and just be black.... go to a HELP room as ask for help.

The folks in the help rooms are usually very good.

Had to fax paperwork and all sorts of shit, just to keep my fucking name.

Paltalk customer service sucks. I have had SEVERAL problems in signing up for the service. I have called and emailed. They have NOT gotten back to me. I give up

I thought paltalk didnt give refunds? But yeah man, that is really your only two options really, paltalk help rooms or CS, and you have to live thru both. And by the way... the help rooms are fucking annoying everything you expect from a bunch of retards i went there one day and someone asked "How do i use my mic?" and it was over his mic.... yick! i wanted to call him out but i didnt want to get bounced from the room.
