I downloaded it Thursday night, and just finished watching it about an hour ago. It was another FANTASTIC... or dare I say, THANTASTIC, episode of the show with a great main event, about on par with their match at the PPV.

Just finished watching it on Tivo.

Great episode. The Taker/Angle match wasn't as good as the No Way Out one, but it was still easily the best TV match I've seen in a long time and worth checking out for anyone who hasn't seen it yet (as well as the NWO one)

Also liked Orton/Super Crazy and the Finlay/Lashley thing was great.

The only annoying part is the Road Warrior Animal heel turn....who cares. And judging from the Smackdown house show results from Austrailia that were posted somewhere, Matt Hardy's next burial will be jobbing to Animal in singles matches. And all because he wouldn't take a chokeslam...:icon_roll

No, Undertaker at Survivor Series. After the RAW vs. Smackdown match when Orton won, all the Smackdown guys came to the ring to celebrate, and then the Undertaker made his return, went to the ring and began beating the hell out of the Smackdown roster. Instead of taking a chokeslam, Hardy bailed out of the ring and it pissed Undertaker off a lot so 'Taker started bitching about him to the head muckity-mucks backstage and Hardy's been on a downward spiral ever since.

Hardy was on a spiral long before that, sir. He's been done since going to SmackDown.

He's been shit on for 4 months now. They'll have to dress him like a school girl and have him lose to Kristal every show for them to turn on him at this point.

They put Saturn in a dress back in the day. You think they wouldn't do it to Hardy? Hell I wouldn't be suprised if some hack WWE writer saw that and said "OOOOH! That's wrestling storyline gold!"

I think they are so intent on burying him that I think we may see Hardy ride to the ring on Chavo Gurerro's old pal "Pepe" or make out with "Moppy" before we see him in a legitimate program.

It all fairness, though, Chavo got huge pops for Pepe...until Eddie threw it into the woodchipper.

When they ran that angle back in WCW where Saturn had to wear dresses and stuff, and his character started wearing makeup and all that shit, it actually got him MORE over.

I would hope mainly because the fanbase realized he was a good wrestler that they enjoyed that got stuck with a shit gimmick so they gave him suport. But you can't tell me that it didn't enter into his mind when he jumped ship with Benoit, Eddie and Dean.
