Keep in mind it is a flash the ACLU drew up themselves, not a replica of a real government / pizza terminal. They use pizza as an example because it is so outlandish.

Although my girlfriend is a police dispatcher, and she confirmed that you can be tracked by your mobile phone without your permission. She took a call from a husband of a suicidal woman, they used the phone to find her. It still took a couple hours and tons of cops and firefighters because the cellphone tracking isn't very precise.

She was dead when they found her, btw, that selfish cunt. She left a note designed on making her husband feel like shit, didn't give him a chance to say goodbye, and then wasted 100+ hours of police time. All so she could make her husband feel guilty about something.
