in all honesty, I think Dave and Ron's back-and-forth is amazing. I am laughing in tears from them everyday. At my job i listen with headphones and try to hold in my laughter as best i could but the way the two of them play off eachtoher makes me in pain trying to hold it in. The addition of ESD has increased Ron's dead on, hilarious one-liners. I literally "LOL" about every time Ron comments on ESD. I think R&F do a good job of keeping him on mic when its working and banishing him to the phones when he is not.

The whole raw hide song bit, well, for those of you who like him, I can see some of your rationale now. He is very good for R&F to beat up on (and yes I do understand that this may be his entire role in the show).

I am not going to make this into "if you don't think its funny, you don't get the show". ESD definitely serves a purpose but I totally understand that while some (like me) find it hilarious, others find his entire existence to be absolutely abhorrent.

It makes the show funnier have half-a-retard for Ron and Fez to make fun of.
And I think ESD takes it well, and not to personal, even if he sometimes should. He might be stupid, but he doesnt seem to be a completly incompetent producer.

The same for Brox Johnny, when he gets to sit nex to Ron and they feed off of each other its just plain funny. So I would like ESD & Bronx Johnny air time every day. Just puttin it out there.

When he first started showing up to the shows and Ron and Fez were a bit coy about his status on the show (about the time of the hypnotism show) I thought he was annoying and took over segments.

But lately, he's calmed down. He comes in when called upon and typically delivers. His humor (or his demeanor) is the opposite of our benevolent hosts and really adds a new dynamic to the team. Bascially, much like Ron and Fez, he's an acquired taste, but he makes the show much better.

Harry sucked although he was in a bad position as well.
