There was another skit on the same SNL where he does a sort of infomercial for the Sarsgaard "SARS Guard" - a mask to wear on airplanes that prevents SARS, with his logo and endorsement.

I thought it was funny. Where else could you use that name like that?

I still have to say Roberto is better than Dave himself. With Roberto you hear a bit of nervousness and see signs of weakness in Dave. When it's just Dave, you don't get a sense that he realizes he's doing anything wrong.

As for Scary Movie Movies and all modern spoof movies (like Date Movie, etc.) V Airplane and Naked Gun is that the latter two were making fun of the genre so even if you never saw the specific movie they were goofing on, it was still funny. They made the jokes. In the Scary Movie movies, esp. from third one on, all they care about is the easy buck where they don't parody a genre, they just go after popular movies so that if you didn't see the movies they are mocking you are completely, COMPLETELY lost and it isn't funny.

As for Paul McGuigan, I haven't seen Lucky Number Slevin but I loved Gangster No. 1 with amazing performances by David Thewlis, Paul Bettany and especially Malcolm McDowell.

And Tiffany Theissen really just doesn't seem right anymore. She just seems fake like Pam Anderson and Carmen Electra.

And I think Twitchels is worse than ESD. I don't think Twitchels is fake but I still don't like him.

I think it's the same as it always was. Most kids are into the big movies that came out within the past 5 weeks but others are into older, more intelligent movies. DVDs might add some more 'fans' but I think the difference is negligible.
