I have read both "liberal" and "conservative" columns and books. Both of them cherry pick to support their respective agendas. The best thing to do is read different points of view and do your own research. No one should allow someone else to do their thinking for them. In my job i see all these "poor", "oppressed" people who have never worked a day in their life, collect SSI/disability, get medical assistance, get cash assistance, and of course get HUD or section 8 housing. They complain of back pain, then 30 minutes later you see them throwing footballs with their friends, working on cars, and of course fucking anything that moves and having 300 kids.
