I saw on the site they have brackets up. Is the King of the ring going to be a PPV this year or are they just doing it on smackdown?

Just on Smackdown, the final match will be at the Smackdown PPV "Judgment Day."

True...but if they continue the one match a week trend, it lines up perfectly with the PPV to host the finals.

That blows. The KoTR PPV was always a cool concept. ITs a shame they just decided to scrap it and make it into nothing more than filler for the weeks leading to the PPV and then some buried undercard match.

Yea but for someone like me who doesnt really watch smackdown it blows. They should just get rid of one of these lame ass filler PPVs and just bring it back. With the way the booking is, i dont see why they dont. Its a PPV that all you have to promote is the idea of the tourny and your set. You dont need to set up 10 matches over the course of a month.
