The NAACP did'nt have time to step into this fight because the station fired him so quickly. However, they were quick to applaud the absurd decision. If you don't see the NAACP as "Liberal" then you are blind.

You just made my point. They never would have. For that very reason. This was a non issue, and you can't assign what may have happened to what did happen. The station fired him, they were the only ones who could have taken any action. Blame them. No one else could have fired him, no matter how many protests which never happend.
