Damage to the right parietal lobe can cause visuo-spacial deficits, making it hard for the patient to find his/her way around new or even familiar places. Damage to the left parietal lobe may disrupt a patient’s ability to understand spoken and/or written language. I made the choice to do what repair I could but to focus on the left parietal. Did I make the right choice? The man can now understand speech and writing but he is said to seem lost at times. Was I right to do what I did?

Given those options, and considering time. I think age would have alot to do with a choice.. If he is relativly younger relearning is always possible if he can understand speech. But if hes older i would think his memories would be more important. Tough call. As much as you need to be a surgeon . It appears to me you also need to be very good at profiling peoples life. Eh,,, how old r u? how old is she? Just remember sometimes if your in a relationship from when your younger going into the world one person may mature earlier. I loved tattoos and looking silly when i was young, and i was also brutaly opposed to conforming to any type of standards. I had tattoos, cut off slayer shirts ripped up pants, unkempt hair.
Maturity finaly caught up to me in my 30's , lol...And i now see how stupid i looked back then.
