First off, if anyone has tonights episode on Tivo please confirm this.

I was watching the show Anthony openly hates and about 5 minutes in I saw what looked to be a subtle possible retort to Ant's barbs about Fox's program.

House, Cameron, and Chase are sitting around their conference table when the camera makes an awkward quick pan up before zooming in.

The quick pan reveals a Sirius home unit on top of what I think was a bookcase... the only reason I noticed it was the awkward and seemingly unncessary pan up before the zoom and it is obvious that the unit was meant to be seen.

After the show I came down to my basement to see if my DVR recorded it but of course it missed it as it was on a "special night". DAMNIT, someone please help me confirm this, thanks.

I remembered seeing an XM unit in the warroom a couple episodes back.

No shit.?!?!. wonder if it was an XM unit then lol... I swear it looks like the one in my bosses office which is a Sirius... If you are right, which you probably are, then I have once again made an ass out of myself here... thanks.

Its the SkyFi Boombox. Its been there since season one. I noticed it again tonite when they showed the room. Its always there.

Ahh, there you have it... perhaps if I owned one of these things I'd know what they hell it looked like I wouldn't have made an ass out of myself.

Yeah no shit. Even though I didn't get into House, because I'm not a big fan of medical shows, it is alright to disagree with the boys from time to time.

I have it on DVD and was just watching it now and about 8, 9 minutes into it is the scene in question and that's totally the original boombox for the original skyfi. How do I know that? Because I own one. The circular dial and the screen is exactly the same. I can't do screencaps but http://www.hytechcom.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/boombox.jpg is what the SkiFi its boombox looks like.

If you notice the widening of the speakers at the end and the light greyness of the XM is far different from the more standard 'radio' shape and darker grey of the Sirius unit.

I just hope someone has a screencap of that scene up so I am proven correct. And if you read this in the House voice, it actually sounds somewhat intelligent.

I've seen the Delphi boom box for the SKYFi2 in the background in 3 or 4 different shows so far this season.
