The office of Mexican President Vicente Fox says he will not sign a bill that would have legalized possession of small amounts of drugs such as marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

President Fox's office said in a statement Wednesday that the law would be sent back to Congress for changes. The statement said in Mexico, the possession of drugs and their consumption "are, and will continue to be, crimes."

He's going to the Super-Max prison in Colorado, the same place where Ted Koszinski (Unibomber) and Terry Nicholls (OK bombing co-conspirator) are kept.

They have solitary confinement 23 out of 24 hours, and one hour of individual recreation out in the yard. The TV sets in the cells only show religious and educational programs.

If it was my decision, I'd throw him in one of those "Count of Monte Christo" cells, and make sure all of his meals were served by a deaf-mute, so he could never have another conversation with anyone again.

Most of the larger organized religions are middle of the road, and do not require the worshiper to radically change their life, the way cults do. In the major faiths, all are typically welcome at their religious services. This is not always true with Islam, but generally, it holds true.
