Vonage to offer IPO

As a long time member of Vonage, I got a special notification that I can get involved with their IPO, which is going to happen soon. Was wondering how many of you use vonage, how long you've been using it, and what you think of their chances with regard to their stock? They're projecting that their IPO is going to be at 16-18$ per share.

I may have to go for it! I love my vonage.

Just read up on it a bit, and meh. They aren't offering dividends. Blech. Only way to make money with it is to buy & dump it when the price goes up.

I received the same notification.. I may sink a few dollars into it. Dividends usually arent declared at the time of the IPO. They may offer them in a few years, depends on their cash flow situation.
