E. Northport OnA Fans, speak out against the proposed low income housing to be built on Elwood and Pulaski, it will completely fuck this neighborhood up.

Housing Help Inc. is responsible for this crap.

Build low income housing in Cold Spring Harbor or Lloyd Harbor, yeah right...

You do realize this fight has been going on for like twenty freaking years. How much are they going to sell these homes for anyway? The average price for a house in Suffolk is $450,000 and Nassau $600,000.

Why would you live in a town that sounds like "My tiny cock"?

It's right next to the train tracks, an electrical sub-station, Elementary and High Schools. It's perfect for kid touchers of all kinks.

Yeah...like E. Northport was that great to begin with.

Regardless, the whole idea of "low income housing" is bullshit, i spent 6 good years on LI, and I really like sending anonymous emails to big corporations so tell me where to send my soon-to-be-ignored email.

My problem is with the 70+ rental units, fuck that, stay in Huntington Stn. My fucking taxes are high enough. I don't need to subsidize these fucking losers, go to fucking Wyandanch.

families with combined income earnings of $35,820 to $90,080 will be able to purchase the 77 equity units - low income ? This would qualify as wealthy down south.

Shit, look at Evergreen Estates on Pulaski, train tracks in their back yards, nothing in there under 600K (they sold in '96 for 300K)
