Yeah, always great to hear WNEW Earl spinning the hits.

By the way, I'll count the number of words Fez says while Dave is on air doing a "Dave Segment."

Bob Odenkirk and Bruce McCulloch wrote for SNL but didn't like his tenure there and went on to create two of the greatest skit comedy shows ever.

Cute guys singing? Now someone is stealing Mikey D. character.

Richard Belzer was the warm up comic for Saturday Night Live during it's first season and appeared on the show a handful of times during the mid-70's.

The musical performances keep the show going instead of the skits? I don't really like the skits but the musical performances are so vanilla and lame. Fucking moron.

I dont think those early years sketches hold up. Yeah, I know everyone praises it like those are the only good years of SNL and some of them are funny but I still prefer the early 90s era. Maybe it's my age but I still think those are really funny.

Funhouse is the only consistently funny part of SNL now.

Here's the truth behind The Da Vinci Code. It's a poorly written piece of crap. They absolve the Catholic Church of all crimes. They make it a crazy sect, not even Opus Dei, the Catholics just complain about everything.

Hanks is right, it's a goofy adventure with the facade of being "smart" based on iffy 'facts' and stuff Dan Brown read (ripped-off) in discredited novels.

What? You don't enjoy Roseanne Roseannadanna, Nick The Lounge Singer, and Olympia Cafe?

I enjoyed watching the older tapes of Saturday Night Live when I was a young lad with my father, and I watched it a bit in the early 90's. My favorite skit of that era was always "Perspectives," but I have a feeling I was the only person in the world who enjoyed that.

Fez's church sez "Metropolis will be destroyed."

What's TBN?

What the fuck? The Da Vinci Code doesn't say 'fiction' on it therefore it's not fiction? None of my books say fiction.

What's TBN?

TBN is the "Trinity Broadcasting Network." They show some hilarious children's Christian shows like "Bibleman," an odd 1980's Japanese Christian Anime called The Flying House, and repeats of Davey and Goliath. They also have this strange Pee-Wee Herman-esque Christian show.

I also get in a Jews For Jesus television channel, that one is just disturbing.

I'm currently searching my bookshelf for any book that says "Fiction" on it.

I just discovered that Nikos Kazantzakis' Last Temptation Of Christ does not have the word Fiction on the cover, so finally I know why Catholics were so upset.

i believe there is something im not sure if it's completely contained by any one collection of moralities or rituals. im currently going to an antiochian orthodox chuch because thats where my lady goes an i never really thought it matter where you go as long as you take some time in reflection of things greater than a water bill that an i like the idea of a larger community you can become a part of will care about you an your family pat your kids on the head etc etc. i just never really understood how someone could have faith absolute in one tiny corner of philosophy an think faith in another is completely ridiculous not understand that the faith itself is whats important an what bonds all humankind. im exhausted.

summary

Director: Del Lord

Cast : Vernon Dent, Bud Jamison, Gino Corrado, Bess Flowers,

Symona Boniface

The stooges are icemen who, while delivering ice to a house on the

top of a high hill, destroy several cakes that a wealthy man is

trying to bring home. When their antics cause the servants at their

customer's house to quit, the boys are hired to take their place and

prepare a dinner party. What they don't know is that the party is

for the man whose cakes they wrecked. When Moe's gas filled cake

explodes and the man realizes who they are, they must leave in a

hurry.
