If I download a movie which has subtitles how do I get the subtitles to work?

First, where did you download it from?

Second, is it a ripped DVD onto DivX?

I got it from a torrent site.

Ah, OK, easy.

On your DivX Player, select 'Tools' and go to 'Preferences'. Select 'Languages' and then select 'English American' under 'Subtitle Settings'.
