data Execution prevention

Was wondering if anyone could help me. I can't open the My Documents folder on my computer. Every time I try, a window opens up saying that to protect the computer windows has shut down the program. It says it's because of DEP, date execution prevention. also names the program as Windows explorer. Anything I can do for this. Thanks

You most likely have a virus. Try scanning and cleaning the system first, preferably in Safe Mode if possible (Hit F8 as the computer is booting).
