PC gamer reports on their site that the printed release date in their August issue was incorrect and Valve has stated since that the game is currently on track to be released for holiday 2006. Episode 3 is to follow; both are to arrive no later than 2007.

i can't wait to finally pick this game up when it hits 360 early next year. it'll probably have episode 1 (and 2 if it's out) as part of the game for $60

valve said in the pcgamer article that they are going to continue the episodic content so i wonder if they will just offer the new episodes as downloadable content on XBOX the same way it is available on PC through STEAM. Wierd that its N/A for 360 as its already out for original XBOX.

counter strike is such a good game. its actually a shooter unlike battlefield which you can just use vehicles and rack up kills.

Well HL2 on Xbox was.. eh.

Bad frame rate. On 360 (and PS3 I believe), it'll be a perfect port.

i wonder if they will have a decent port of Counter-Strike and DoD for xbox. unlike the condition zero shit they released on original xbox.
