Yes, a rally in Cleveland would be huge. I'd say make fliers, put an ad in Free Times (not Scene) and post everywhere. Is anyone even listen to Xtreme anymore?

Hey, I almost forgot... Isn't Norton coming to Cleveland in October? A rally before the show would be big. Someone should also shove small animals up Foz's ass every day O&A are off the air. That would be an amazing protest.

Guys theres flyers on a different site. There are flyers with the sept 20th, date and time, with the address left out so other cities can put thier info in.

Dudes, I'm in NY and don't wanna tell you guys when or where to do this, buuuut as you may know the ny dat i the 20th at 3pm and phily, dc and boston are doing it at the same time. Also, theres already atleast 3 people comin to NY from Ohio. its really not THAT long a drive. Just think of it as driving the state of Pennsylvania. After you hit Jersey its like an hour away.

i dont think the 20th is a long enough notice- what about some time around the nortin show?? that is a good idea. and where?? it would be cool to get in free times!! and mayybbee foundry, but not likely:biggrinfl

Ugh..I can't make it if it's the night of the Norton show. My friend's band is coming that night, so I'll be spending the day with them.

I might (if all goes well) be at the NY one the 20th.

That's a reasonable date, especially for promotion. Free Times are reasonable in their prices for ads, I wouldn't do anything more than a quarter page. I wish I still had one of their ad sheets. The show is in Lakewood, there are quite a few spots in the area. However, I think the most ideal place would be by the Halle Building where WXTM is located.

The idea of having the rally on the same day of the Norton show STINKS and I don't like it. A lot of us Cleveland fans are going and would rather support Norton comming through than the rally if forced to make that decision.

I think October 2nd would be a better date. It's a wednesday and it would give us more time to get the word out on the streets.

The Free Times add is a good idea but it cost around $270 for a quarter page. It's actually cheaper to run an add in the Associated Press even though it's a national magazine.

Just my thoughts.:cdude:
