If you really want to go after them, and can provide a halfway decent transcript of the show, you can make a complaint to the FCC directly. Just one coherent complaint can trigger an investigation.

Of course, doing that will inevitably bring O&A back into the News by association to the NY market, and indecency investigations by the FCC.

Of course, a "Cock Ring" comment might truly be considered "indecent" while the O&A broadcast inherently was not.
