Radioguy, I think they'll be adding dates as they find their popularity growing in new markets.
Unhappy....try OpieAndAnthony.com.

As time goes on though, I was wondering if those might be for next year. I think Opie said the whole thing is better suited for large open arenas (for the village), and I thought it usually takes time in advance to book such a large venue. An open arena is gonna be hell in the winter.
Just thinking out loud...

DCU was not an open air/outdoor arena, and I think they figured out how to make it work. The northern cities will either book indoors in the winter, or just wait until summer.
The other option? Tour the south in the winter...FL, TX, CA, etc.

True, but they didn't want to book it there, but at the Fleet Cneter instead, didn't they? I guess it might've been worse had Menino not been a fuck, and they got to the Fleet Center. (Going by the DCU turnout) Then again, DCU is in Worchester. That alone may have been the reason for low turnout.

Maybe so. I just got the impression this was a summer tour due to the arena mention. The south in winter would work though.

based on the locales of the previous traveling virus it would have to be an olive garden in Harrsburg PA

I think i'd go as far as to put $100 on Pittsburgh - from what I hear they have stepped up big time with marketing, etc.
How about the Garden?
PNC is the New York date!

No, it's still Jersey. It's just the closest they could probably book to the city. I so wish they got the Garden though. That or Nassau Coliseum or Jones Beach. They're easier to get to from the city, IMO.

When i said New York, I meant "New York Station"... I doubt they'd do two in the same market..?

No, I knew what you meant. I'm saying that isn't close enough to earn the title of being the NY date. I maybe in the minority on that, but I don't have a car. :icon_mrgr
Nah, even if most feel that is the NY date, they can still do MSG or the Coliseum and probably get a better crowd too.

They said on-air to expect a winter stop in West Palm Beach. That'd be a godsend for me.

From Long Island the PNC show is a bit of a haul. I'm sure they would have gotten a bigger draw at some venue in NYC or on the Island. Shea Stadium or The Colisseum maybe? Shea would be hard to fill. Better yet, the stadium where the Ducks play on LI!
They already have a show in NJ in Camden so central Jersey is getting double teamed on both sides with PNC.
Ah, whats the use of complaining, its booked already. I'll shut up now. I bought my tickets the day it was announced anyway. I'm a good lil Pest, I'll be there wherever they have it within 100 miles of home.

I agree with you. If things go well, I can imagine another NY area date happening. Hopefully closer to, or actually in Manhattan, though. :icon_wink

That answers that question then.

I was hoping for Randall's Island New York City.
It's semi outdoors...you can have the petting zoo and other booths...it's in New York City and both Opie and Jimmy can head back to the west side really quick as well as Anthony zooming off to Long Island back home.
There's been many shows there recently...like Ozzfest.

Ya know, that crossed my mind early on, but forgot it until you mentioned it.
That would be the fucking ideal NYC venue.
