Well?
I gotta go with Alice in Chains with Pearl Jam not far behind. Godsmack's is pretty good too, but thier acoustic tour was so much better then the 7 song EP they put out.

AIC was basicly just regular AIC with different equitmet, Nirvana actully changed to make the most f unplugged, Nirvana is completely superior to the AIC unplugged

Definately Alice in Chains, definately.
Nirvana was good too, "Lake of Fire" and "The Man Who Sold the World" are amongst my favorite covers ever.

1. Nirvana
2. AIC
3. Clapton
MTV Unplugged in New York includes two songs which were not aired on the original television broadcast of the concert: “Something in the Way” and “Oh Me.” Both the album and the broadcast omit a short jam of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama”, and instrumental jams of "Sliver," "In Bloom" and other Nirvana songs.

Clapton's was good. Pearl Jam's was really good, but there wasn't a CD released officially. Oasis did an incredible job with theirs, even though Liam sat out in the balcony with a bad throat while smoking, drinking, and heckling Noel. Again, no CD. MTV barely even aired it because they were pissed at Liam for not singing, even though they still got a great performance that may have even been better than what they would have gotten with Liam on vocals.
My all-time favorite has to be the Page/Plant reunion that was going to just be Robert Plant Unplugged when MTV approached him, and he went and got Page to join him. The DVD is even better than the version that aired. They did an acoustic version of "The Rain Song" that was unreal. I read later that Page said he came *this close* to reforming Led Zeppelin with John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham replacing his dad after the "Walking Into Clarksdale" CD, but Plant was tired of the touring schedule. I'm not sure if I should be happy or disappointed that it didn't happen.
