What if the drunk gun nut would have accidently shot himself or killed himself in a drunken haze (like how I wish Twitchles would). Light punishment: Would they cut commerical? Would they go into bonus time talking about it? REALITY: Would pal talk be eliminated or would the show be cancelled?

When it's not the boys fault and not part of the show, would the show be cancelled because the herd got a little thinner?

They might go to break just because it's not really something you can riff on.. they would need to call authorities, and probably come back to talk about it.

The segment WOULD be erased from the show, for obvious reasons... There may have even been a couple days off for "investigation".. somebody dying on the air is a big deal.

It would have been picked up by a lot of media outlets, their critics would have emerged and called for their firing again, saying they learned nothing. It would have been mis-reported just like Sex for Sam was, dumb shit like, "Radio shockjocks Opie and Anthony encouraged a listener to commit suicide on the air." If the story got big enough, it would have been pretty bad. All speculation though, glad he didn't decide to take a bullet.

i think people should start to realize, not to say they are invincible, but the bbboys are in a situation where it would take something A LOT larger than sex in st pats to get them fired now. They are pretty much THE show now for CBS, they will now go out of their way for them unlike before when they had guys like stern still there.
