Steve for sure because he's an ass and his production sucks. His overly gay diction is what kills him on the show. Tha..that's terrible, I'm sorry is one of the funniest clips they play. I love it. I wish they would bash Derek for fucking up the pad data every day. I don't care how bad he spells, I wish he would change the damn thing when they come back from breaks so the people who record the show don't have to hear all of Steves awful production, and that awful family values promo.

It is most certainly "The Cozy One". E-Rock used to be cringeworthy, but he's going along with it a little too much now, so it's nothing special. It's always funny when they make fun of the homoeroticism of Steve, especially when you see a 250 pound guy with tatoos and a goatee. It's hard to connect the two images.
