HELP - my team sinking...my next moves??

10 team league h2h, currently in third. 10x10 league (5x5 on roids with holds, OBP, etc).

I've been sinking the last two weeks..

IF : Martin, Teixiera, Utley, Wright, C Guillen
OF : Dunn, Pierre, Rivera
UTL: Hafner, Eric Chavez/Adrian Gonzalez
SP : LirianoDL, Kazmir, Sheets, Willis, Jer Weaver, Sabathia, Penny, Hamels
RP : Wagner, Street, Lidge, Linebrink (holds)

Trading deadline is Sunday. Any advice on who to trade and what type of player to trade for? I'm leaning towards getting another holds guy for Linebrink and getting another bat for A Gonzalez..

There's limited waiver pickups and I have 14 left for the year (2 weeks left in regular season, then playoffs start).

Some good advice is to search player stats over the last 30 or 45 days and find the top performers for that peroid...There are a lot of guys who missed action for the first 5 or 6 weeks so their total stats stink, but when looked at closer they are really hot. Ie:Mark Teahen 3b KC, Orlando Hudson 2b Az, Maicer Izturis 3b Ana, David DeJesus CF Kc, are all really hot for the last month, Hitting 340+ for the first 3 guys and most are Free agents in leagues...As far as pitching do the same thing...They are harder to come by though b/c people whorde them...You know what i mean...I am out of it already. I play H2H 10 team and my record is .500 and there is no way I am catching up. My pitching killed me this year...Plus I took Anal Rod 1st pic. Fuck him and his lipstick. My hitting is outstanding...SP's didn't pan out

BTW i am a redsox fan and It looks like Pena is going to get a lot of time from here on out in the outfield and he has been getting better and better at the plate. Not as many embarassing 3pitch ko's

just dont give up troy glaus, ken griffey jr, and scott lindbrink, just to get back a DLchipper jones, DLcasey blake, and a. burgos of KC: he of the +6.00 ERA. if you're in 9th place, especially dont do this trade with the 1st place team.

Francis has pretty much been the best pitcher in the league the last two months, get him.
