I've had this album since I was a kid and I've been listening to it now more than ever on better listening equipment.
What an amazing album. I have all of them, but this one was where they matched their technical ability and speed with more ambience. Something about this one. I finally appreciate it more than ever. This wasn't even underrated, just underrecognized. To those who know, it was rated high. Loved the common artwork stylings done by Marquis Marky. All their albums had a "3" theme to it in the artwork and a shadowy picture of the guys. Only one album allowed you to see what they kind of looked like, while RIP simply had three urns with their names on it.
If you're into thrash and technical metal, Coroner is one of the tops, with one of the greatest, yet unknown guitarists metal has ever seen. The rest of the band is up there, too. All albums were great, then they quietly broke up on good terms after their farewell tour. Label problems (Noise records) did them in, of course.
