from what i have read from the cleveland post most of the people are staying at the hilton garden. lots of places to go after the show to go drink. then stumble back.

Yea, everyone seems to be stayin at the Hilton Gardens (for those that don't want to read the Cleveland post). So all out of towners should stay there so we can take the whole damn place over (drivin down from the Detroit area)

I'm driving in for the weekend from Jamestown, NY. Doing Cedar Point in Sandusky on Friday, O&A Saturday, and who knows what on Sunday. I'm open for any suggestions on stuff to do. A bus trip out there would be awesome...starts in NY and comes down to Philly, stops in Pittsburgh, and then to Cleveland....picking up Pests along the way. I'd be in for 2 seats!

Okay its official. Party bus and caravan of cars leaving from NY area and meeting up with Bostonites, Pennsylvanians, and all other East Coaster types along the way. We're going to probably leave early early friday morning (or late thursday night) and pick up people and cars along the way. Will be a blast. Please let me know if you're interested in joining. Sonny Forelli and Po are heading up the Party Bus arrangements, and I'm going to plan out a route. Hopefully we'll do some sticker stops on teh way too. Who is in????

O&A Party Rock R.V./Camper to Cleveland Show

OK People, heres the idea. Master Po and I were talking about the posibility of renting an RV for the Cleveland travleing Virus show. Depending on the intrest it would either be starting from NY or from Boston.

OK now for the sales pitch. Were thinking of first having the trip on pal talk and making a travleing party out of it with lots of fun, food, and Crazy antics. It could also serve as the central location for the tailgate party pre show events.

Here are the cost with gas included at 8 miles per gallon @ 2.50 per gallon

From NY: 1150.00 for a 29' 6 to 8 sleeper

From Boston: 1525.00 for a 29' 6 to 8 sleeper


the more people we get involved the cheaper it becomes. You people are smarwt enuf to figure it out. Now if I will be the only one from the boston area that will be going I will meet up in Ney York to keep the cost down. I figure that I would at least need 4 Boston are pest to make it worth it to rent it from the Boston area.

As of now I still dont have reservations. I will not reserve a RV untill I know I have at least 6 people to help out

You don't need that kind of money to join up-- thats the cost for the WHOLE thing...if you join in, you only pay a fraction.

I will plan our route with joiners in mind-- but the most likely route is straight out route 80. We'll pick meet up spots for those who want to join in, and we'll caravan with the camper.

Or if people aren't planning to caravan, then I"m going to plan a super early departure-- like 5am. But Sonny-- If you're interested, i'm offering my studio as a meet up point, and might even consider putting up a few trusted people overnight Thursday night to allow for a super early start time on Friday. Let me know what your progress is with the camper crew.
