This guys are the biggest assholes on Earth. They are doing construction on the lower hall of my high school so I have to walk all the way to other side to go to my locker after 1st period because we are not allowed to carry bookbags to class anymore. Then I have to come back to the other side of the school for second period. So I walk in no more than 20 seconds late and the teacher says, 'I want to bring you to student court'. He is my Law teacher and in that class, if a student breaks some stupid bylaw in his hundred page syllabus, he can bring them to court. So I say OK, he makes his argument and some liberal assholes in my class get to decide my fate. I basically am liked by the more popular people at school and these guys are the kind of people that hate me because of the way I am. So they decide I have to wear a sign to school tommorrow that says 'I love Democratic Republics' and sing a Christina Aguleria song. I said, 'that is fucking bullshit'. Then my the teacher brings me to court for cursing. They find me guilty again and sentence me to do an hour of community service for the teacher. With college applications coming up, I do not want to put add anything to my spotless behavior record. I have tried too hard to keep the thing clean. I just had to sit there seething with anger. Stupid fucks, if I ever see any of them outside of school, I will beat the fuck out of them.

These problems are absolutely nothing compared to the horrors that await you when you leave highschool... taxes, asshole bosses, bills, shit jobs, etc...

True, but it is just stupid. I hate school, not because I have to learn and grades, I love to learn and I usually get A's with the a B every now and then in an AP class. I just hate doing projects, having to sing because I am late, working with people that do not do anything, therefore, I have to pick up the slack to get an A, and just morons that I have to deal with. I know, most of you are going to say 'welcome to the real world' and that is true, but if I am late, who the fuck cares? Next time I am late, I will just say 'fuck it' and go read the chapter in the library, I will learn a lot more that way.

You could point out that every time you speed you don't necessarily get a ticket. So why does every infraction end up in student court? I would say because there is not an overwhelming amount of infractions. You all have to start breaking a ridiculous amount of rules...then he will have no time for his silly court. Also a jury that contains none of your friends and only other dissimilar from you is NOT a jury of your peers...Have fun

Not to be a samrtass or anything but from my understanding that whole perminate record thing is bullshit. Doesnt even really matter. 48% of colleges expect detentions and "in house suspensions" now more than in the past because they are more easily handed out now for the most frivolous reasons. But then again I dropped out of 10th grade and went to college for 2 years also. My buddies where graduation HS and I was getting my associates in Psy. But now Im a truck driver. Figure that out.
