So me and my wife get a room at the Sheraton for Fri/Sat nights. We check in Friday find out the pool is already closed for the winter. Ok whatever. We go out Friday night come back in around 3 and basically if I did'nt have a truck I would have not of had a place to park. Ok I deal fuck it we are here to have fun.
We get up and out early Saturday morning to hit Genos before the tailgate have a great day at the concert and after party. We pull in again around 3 and still not a parking spot open, fuck it I make my own.
Now all we want to do is shower and get some sleep it was a 15hr day of parties. we get up to the room, and find it was never made up. So I go down to the desk and tell them I need towels my room wasnt made up today. These four dollar and hour broads start to question me, about when did I leave this morning, did I put the sign on my door, just stupid shit. After telling me they would send up housekeeping, I was about to lose it. I just want towels DO YOU UNDERSTAND. I do not want Guadaloupe in my room at 330 in the morning.
Now we get up to check out around 930, I go to the front desk, to make sure they did'nt fuck me with incidental charges I did'nt make. Thats all good and the manager that was on duty asked me how my stay was. Rather then go into a tirade, I just said horrible your hotel stinks, for a brand name place it just stinks. So I guess hearing me say that in front of other guests, she got humble and asked what she could do. I said well why dont you start by firing your housekeeping staff.
She then looked up my room number and was gonna knock off a night of my bill, but would'nt you believe she could'nt because I pre-paid on line. So we left off she would send me a letter of apology and a credit for a free night.
Yea and I believe Santa is coming this year.
Just have your staff do their Fuckin minimum wage job you dumb broad.
