That banner went up a few weeks ago. For those in Chicago, it's located just West of Wells at Ontario - right in front of Ed Debevic's. Here are some pics:

ha - although i will say that Dahl definitely gives off the "Uncle Steve creaping into your bed at 2AM" vibe in that picture.

I ran the Chicago Marathon on Sunday with my wife, and I remember coming down Ontario and looking to me right and seeing the big O&A banner... was a nice little boost of energy.
