I just re-added one of my radios. Its in my office. It has been working fine for 2 days since I activated it. I come in this morning AND THE MOTHERFUCKER IS NO LONGER ACTIVATED.

I call their 800 number and THE MOTHERFUCKER IS BUSY.

Don't make a fucking maniac out of me, I'm going to blow a fucking gasket if I don't get in contact with someone ASAP.

Well apparently "all lines are busy" means "call from another cell phone" because I just spoke to multiple people who this works fine for. I got through on one of THEIR phones.

I guess the stupid durka durka cunt that took down my information 2 days ago doesn't comprehend that she's talking to the UNITED STATES and that 10/09 doesn't mean SEPTEMBER of 2010... it means OCTOBER of 2009. Oh. It got resolved. Funny thing that after ripping into them, my radio INSTANTLY went on. I didn't have to "wait 20-30 minutes" like every other fucking time.

I've posted my problem with customer service before -- similar problem, radio shut off, messed up billing, seemingly resolved. (Thank you E-Lo).

But unfortunately, less than two months later, they screwed it up again. They sent me a paper invoice instead of charging my card automatically. Even though CS will tell me there is a balance on my account, the payment system shows a zero balance so it won't take accept a payment.

I love the service, and just added a second radio to my account (an Inno) and gave my Tao to my brother. But customer service is going to hurt this company more than any competition would.

BTW, most of the reps I eventually talked to, including the supervisor who HUNG UP on me, sounded Jamaican or some other Caribbian accent.

The difference in calling them the day Opie and Anthony announced and just a week ago is astounding.
Customer diservice is more like it. Won't get into particuliars but let's just say it's from the automated attendant crap to the end. The fact that I am still a customer is a rave for Opie and Anthony and Ron and Fez. The rest of the platform show's no value added, just like the 800-xmradio phone number.
