Question about audio and video editing?

I love the bits that listeners end in. Some of the best stuff on the show. Can any of this type of editing be done with software that comes bundled in a pc?

Well, if you don't mind the program sucking, you can always use Windows Movie Maker...that's usually included with Windows these days.

Actually, the program isn't THAT bad.
