whenever I see videos or pics of those countries in africa like Nigeria, somalia, etc I try to imagine what it must smell like there. you're right. and i would have to say it was all 3 of those so it was 3 cops that fucked up. the one who released the dog, the one who initiated fire, and the one in command. i think my point is the dog didn't have to die if the cops were in control of the situation.

well i look at it in a dollars kind of way. sure it cost alot of money to train a good police dog. but the tax payers only pay for the training of the dogs once. and of course feeding, and vet bills. it cost alot to the taxpayers for the care and feeding of golfers ie welfare, foodstamps, having to pay more cops, and prison gaurds, and so on. golfers are really a drain on the taxpayers. so if the cops emptied their clips on a golfer. no big deal. but to not have control of a situation, and costing the taxpayers a perfectly good police dog? that it what pisses me off. also i bet the caretaker misses his dog. i bet he remembers the dog licking it's ass to get the taste of golfer out of his mouth. so the cops need to take better care of their dogs.
