Unless you're TV has the right jacks and stuff to plug the speakers into I think you are going to need some sort of tuner.
Knowing what kind of speakers / setup you have to hook up to TV will help.

Its hard to tell, but im assuming that the speakers are for a computer. So I would assume that it has a 1/8 inch stereo jack that normally would plug right into the back of your computer. I would also assume that they are self powered, so you shouldnt need a tuner/amp. Judging by the pics i saw on the net of your tv, it looks like there is a headphone out on the side of the tv. If this isnt the case, the see if there is an audio out(RCA jacks) on the tv. they are usually red and white. you can get adapters at radio shack that will convert rca to 1/8 stereo.

I didn't see the links in the original post so I thought they were like speakers with no power then you'd need like a tuner or receiver or something.
Either way, it's going to sound pretty good. I have speakers similar to that for the PC.

Your speakers should have come with some cords and adapters (according to what I read about them).
You need to use a standard stereo RCA (red & white ends) cable to take the audio signal from the AV Out on the rear panel of the TV.

Connect the RCA cable to the adapter that should have come with your speakers:

Use the three color 1/8" male-to-male cord to connect the adapter to the (green) Front Speaker Input on your speaker set:

Once it is connected, you need to set the speakers to "Matrix Mode" because they have to generate the surround sound from a 2-Channel signal coming from the TV.
When you are ready to upgrade, be a man and buy something to make use of the Optical Digital Audio Out on your TV. Either way, it looks like a nice kit.
