How can i get screen captures off the TV of a show and make it into a picture on the internet?

You need a video capture card. I use the ATI Rage Fury Pro and it's great! :D :D :D

I use the "ATI All in wonder 128" has video input and output with 16 megs of memory, It comes with the software for video capture and screen capture...also great for gaming!
