I've met Aries. He's got a pretty good build. It would be an intersting fight depending on Aries level of skill. But I don't think a fight is necessary. Aries was very cool when I met him and his act was very funny. I can't comment on whether he stole material or not as I don't know enough about him or his material.

I don't know if you realize how rare that piece of radio was with the Louis and Dane examples. It's very very very difficult to prove a comic stole material. Generally, hacks steal from standups at clubs where their material goes unrecorded. To ask for proof is usually futile.

A better way to do things is look at who's calling someone out. Rogan does that to very few people. So if he levels that complaint on someone, chances are pretty high that it's true. I've never known him to lie about anything, let alone some huge accusation such as this.

I saw Aries Spears with Bill Burr and Greg Giraldo (along with a couple of others) about a year or so ago, give or take.

While VERY funny, I distinctly remember thinking that I've heard some of his jokes before. At the time I realized who I heard some of them from before, though I can't recall right now. I want to say Dom Irrera? Yeah, I definitely think he's one of them.
