What's everyone's larger casino winnings in one trip.
I've been playing poker at Harrahs in St.Louis for about a year and a half (I'm about 23).
Tonight at the $1-$2 No Limit table I won about $1200 in like 4 Hours.
I bought in the max amount, which was $200, and just couldn't be stopped.

So now I've got about $1,300 in my wallet just waiting to be blown. Ronnie B is right, "There's nothing better than won money"

They have tournaments everynight here, from like $60 to $150.
Tonights was the $100 I think, 1st place was $2,500 or so. But tourneys take so long, and you gotta beat too many players

The most I have won is about 500 or so but about 8 hours earlier I lost about 450 on craps in about 15 minutes so I basically won about 50 bucks for the day. My parents hit about 10 thousand on a $5 slot machine.

I've walked out with $800 playing texas hold em. My dad has walked at with 12K playing 3 card poker my mom with 2K on the slots. I don't go that often maybe once a year. My parents go about once a month.

My friends and I did one of those bus trips to AC so we could drink. I figured I would dump the quarters they give you and then go play black jack or craps. Dropped three quarters into the first open slot and hit for $1500. Pocketed the money and drank the rest of the time. Just before we left, I threw $50 on the craps table and hit for $250 on one shooter. Got on the bus and went home.

Total gambling time that trip about 15 minutes.

I think the most I have ever won was about $4000 playing Roulette down at Mohegan Sun...i think i'm up overall there over the last 7-8 years...can't say the same for over at Foxwoods or out in Vegas

I usually play black jack and if I'm up I then go to the craps table. Most I've won has been with craps $5,000.00 in under 45 min. I usually play the pass line and add straight up bets if the shooter is hot. That night I won it with one lucky mother fucker rolling. As soon as he crapped out it was time to leave, unfortunatley I didn't and blew most of it back. Still an awesome time.

I always thought people lurking around was a myth but I've seen it myself in casinos. Usually old bitches. They'll stand there waiting for you to get up.

Years ago, it worked, cause the machines could only hold so much before they'd empty out. Nowadays, it's all those pay slips, so it doesn't matter anymore.

There's a decent site for how to play craps, I kinda used it when I first went to the casinos. It's kind of longwinded, but it works
I don't really play craps all that much though, it's still too complicated and I've never won all that much.

Had a friend who spent New Years in A.C. a few years ago with his girlfriend and as they he decided to do one of those progressive Popeye 1million Slots put in a dollar that he got from his girl, who was holding his winnings from earlier in the night, and won 1 million on the second pull.
The bitch of it was, he broke up with his girlfriend a few months later, and she sued him for the winnings, claiming she gave him the dollar from her own pocket. After 100,000 in legal fees, they decided to become business partners, bought a house for a song on the Jersey shore, fixed it up and rolled it, effectively doubling their $$. They continue the business partnership today...we (their friends) estimate they have quadrupled their winnings.

I picked up a book on casino games don't remember the title but any book store has plenty to choose from. You could also practice with Hoyle casino games on your pc before getting to a casino. Definitely inquire at the casino if they offer free lessons many of them do. It might seem intimidating for the beginner since there's about 40 different types of bets that can be placed. Most of those offerings are sucker bets giving the house too much of an advantage. My personal advice once you're familiar with the odds and rules is stick with the pass line, odd bets on the pass line, and place bets if a 6 or 8 is the come out roll. Good luck!!!

John Scarne ran casinos and I got one big payday from his book. He said that when people just off the bus get in line to cash in their coupons for a roll of quarters. Play a slot machine that is extremely visible to the line. It is set to pay off more as an incentive for these people to reach into their pockets for the real money. I hit twice in one day using this idea to the tune of 700 bucks. I don't believe that much in luck. Those machines are rigged.

My best ever was last year at a bachelor party. And it's not much by any means. I had lost a few hundred playing Let It Ride at the Borgata and other places. Then got shitfaced with some buddies. Next morning, we all stumbled to our cars, and on the way out, I threw my last single into a video poker machine. Won $140.

A few weekends ago, we went down to AC again. Wanted to go to some club (forgot the name of it now) inside the Borgata. Half of us got in, but my brother and his friend were stopped because they had on sneakers. We all walked back out and were like "um, ya we had sneakers on too." I hope that ugly bitch dies of AIDS.

Anyway. We went to the other club nearby, got shitfaced... woke up the next morning and played Let It Ride again. Lost a hundred. Walked over to 3 Card Poker. I won $200 on my first hand. My buddy picked up a hundred dollar chip and said "I'm the Cash-out Fairy. Come see me when you lose the rest."

Thanks to him, I at least walked away with something.

I've got a friend who will win at BJ or Let It Ride as long as he doesn't know he's up too much. One of us will stand behind him and keep pulling his winnings off the table, leaving him just enough to play a few hands or feeding him out some chips of he needs them.

I do something similar by immediately pocketing my initial bet once I'm up and then pocketing additional chips as I go along. If I see that big stack in front of me I get reckless.

I had some Russian guy sit down next to me at a $25 blackjack table in the casino at Atlantis. He signed a voucher for 10K and then put 5k on each of two hands and lost. Signed another 10k voucher and did the same thing, losing again. He then settled down and started betting much lower, but still losing. Over about 2 hours, this guy must have signed over 100k in vouchers and lost it all. I was up about 2k on a $100 start, but gave it back because it was like watching a car accident and I couldn't walk away.

Bravo Sierra. Not sure of the whole story, but you can not win the progresives with one coin in. You have to play the max, which usually is three coins.
