All Access reports today that CBS Radio will be following Clear Channel downtown. The report states that CBS will occupy the 10th and 11th floors of 345 Hudson St.

CBS/N.Y.C. Inks Downtown Upgrade

CBS Radio has confirmed to R&R that several of its New York radio stations will be moving into a newly acquired space at 345 Hudson Street in Manhattan, just down the street from the Emmis cluster. According to Real Estate Weekly, CBS will take 75,000 square feet of office space on the 10th and 11th floors. CBS spokeswoman Karen Mateo told R&R that the stations slated to move are WFAN, WCBS-FM, WNEW (Fresh 102.7) and 1010 WINS. No time frame has been announced for the relocation.

The CBS move comes on the heels of news last month that Clear Channel plans to consolidate its New York cluster into one building at 32 Avenue of the Americas, which, coincidentally, is only about 10 blocks away from both the Emmis cluster at 395 Hudson Street and CBS's new building.
