Has WAZU dropped the show?

Stuff coming in from Columbus' radio boards saying that O&A (and Rover) were dropped from WAZU, the rock station in Columbus (well, BARELY (http://www.radio-locator.com/cgi-bin/pat?call=WAZU&service=FM&status=L&hours=U)) owned by Wilks Broadcasting Group. Apparently they don't have the greatest webmaster, since they're still on the site.

columbus used to be a talk radio market, but got flooded with all that mroning zooey crap that it got really tired really quickly.
last i checked (and thats been a while, so i may be wrong)

-qfm - "wags n elliot" in the morning (old over the hill irrelevant)
-wnci - "dave, shawn & jimmy" morning zoo for central ohio (douchey every city has em radio)
-cd101 - not great, but original stuff (privately owned station)
-wcol - typical country music morning radio
-power 107 - typical douchey hiphop morning radio (columbus, hiphop/ i know, you dont need to even say it)
-the blitz - typical rock morning show, but more original than the morning zoo crap (replaced hoo hoo)
-sunny 95 - "dino & stacey" do i need to say anymore
-wazu - rovers morning glory - not bad, but not O&A

then at least a few others, but all typical douchey morinign radio.

just so saturated and nothing for the afternoons.
thats why i loved O&A years ago in the afternoons on wazu.

The ol' WAZU was owned by CBS when we were brought on board. CBS had since sold the station to Wilks broadcasting. Once that happened we knew it was just a matter of time. They changed formats and when that happens the airstaff doesn't come along for the ride. They bring in new people who better fit the format. O&A just don't really make you think Country Music.

On my way to work in the morning I would switch between Rover and Grego. Neither of them really grew on me and I gave them both a good shot. It just really is too hacky. The typical hole...its the same radio all over the place. I actually found myself calling into the classic top 40 for some orchestra tickets (no homo) and it gave me the douche chills. O&A...Two men, enjoying each other's company...with lil Jimmy is the pinnacle of radio today. No one else is doing a show as unique as they do.
