I think the results of this poll can help explain why the boys numbers may be tanking....In the wake of Stern's raise news based on the subs he helped pull in, could it be 'suggested' that perhaps the boys are having the same sort of pull for XM...Christ man Stern gets so much press for pulling subs in to Sirius but O&A seem to never get any mention on the XM side in their role

Really, the only point to the FM show is to get more subs for XM. So all they need to do is just maintain a steady stream of new listeners on FM, because they will always loose those listeners to XM.

If I miss a little I just download:icon_wink the show to hear right away what I missed while I am sitting at the computer, rather then wait for a replay, then listen to the replay anyway.

I've got XM, but I can't take it to work, so I rarely listen to the show on XM.

Instead I download it and listen on my iPOD. So I always listen to the show a day later.

It's funny, I have xm and I was using the online feed, capping it, loading it on my mp3 player and then taking that to work to listen at work...Then i realized that It saved a shit load of time to...ahem unofficially acquire...even though I have a sub...So really I am officially unofficial???

Oh and I am in the boston market freefm...WBCN...I listened 1 time on wbcn, and as soon as I heard a dump i said fuck this and was back on xm...

I listen on XM unless it appears that I missed a good bit when I was in getting coffee, etc. I'll tune to WBCN if I want to travel back in time to what I missed. The delay is substantial. It would seem that Aaaaal (is that how you would spell it?) has plenty of time to hit that old dump button as many times as he wants without risk of running out of dump.

I hate hearing a dump on FM. I know I'll have to wait for replay to find out what I missed.

Too bad nobody here works for the ratings companies... Wackbag membership should come with a ratings book (and on this issue, I am sure that we could come together with the "other" sites).

You Know its very hard keeping my mouth shut, but I cant take it any more! Yes I am an XMer and Yes I am am FMer. I listen to the show equilly the same amount on Both sources. I have ranted about this before but I really need those long commercial breaks in the morning to get shit done. I voted for both but I would be fine if they just did the show from FM to be quite honest


Now I know your saying bullshit but I really do listen to WBCN in the morning. Its easyer for me to hear them while i am shitting on the toilet, takeing a shower while I am pleasureing myself. listening while I am in the laundry room changing into my clothes, or in the bedroom, or while I am in my kitchen making brakfast and making coffee. See, I only have XM in the living room and in the office via online feed so by the time I get to the truck I still listen to WBCN because if I dont, I will fast forward almost in some cases 20 minuites. see the Boston feed lags further behind as the morning goes on from the free FM feed and ADAM 12 doesnt mind starting his show at 9:20. its at the time of between 8;30 and 9 I try to sync back up with XM to catch the XM portion of the show.


Now lately I have been listening to the Kid Toucher and Rich show on WBCN from 2-6 pm every weekday. They are pretty funny and fresh, they know there place when it comes to O&A and they welcome any listeners they can get. I just happened to shoot them instant feedback introduceing myself to them today which they did read on the air, they read it like I wrote it, that I was an UBER Opie and Anthony Fan and that I have mentioned them here and there on both Pal Talk and Wack Bag. I know that the radio industy is full of back stabing motherfuckers but these guys are cool and they give O&A lots of akalades so if you live in Boston or in WBCN's listening area, Check out the "Kid" Toucher and Rich show. I think you will like some of the bits they do like Drunken Sports Recap and when the rank on there own Water Head Aldolfo

PS, its Really callec the Toucher and Rich show, but I like my name for them instead


Oh and one more thing, WBCN's rateings havent changed, if anything they have gotten beter
