I had it a few weeks ago.

You want to start using pepto the moment you know you have something. Bismuth Subsalicylate will kill just about everything in the intestines. You'd probably want to start with the normal adult dosage every two hours for 4 doses, then go to twice daily after that. I have used this several times, including the flu last year and it works. You do want to replenish the good bacteria with acidophilus capsules and/or lots of yogurt.

Ps- if you're allergic to aspirin or NSAID's, you may have the same reaction to pepto.

I slept for three straight days eating nothing the entire time. I still was shitting after no food for 48 hours. My stupid niece was over a few days before and made it to the bathroom door before spraying everyting from the doorway to the wall behind the toilet. She just got done eating green Christmas cookies. It looked like Linda Blair puked in my bathroom. Fucking sick

Still didn't keep me off the bowl for three days straight last weekend. Fever and the shits, no puking. Gave up trying to leave the bathroom for more than 10 minutes.
