I Disagree. R&F do a great show (2 of them), but I doubt Earl is contributing much, besides Agreeing with Ron.

I think the show would benefit if they dump both Earl and Dave, and bring in some completely new people.

All the dave haters who thinks he needs to be fired are insane. First off, R&F have always had a person on staff who is the "idiot" of the show. Al Dukes, Billy Staples, and now Dave. If you listen to the older shows, Ron has tried to engage Earl but he is CANCER on the air. he never knows what to say, has no feeling behind it, and when pushed on an issue he folds.

Dave brings a lot of energy to the show. He is animated, willing to do stunts, and says a lot of things that are controversial to generate phone calls and chatter on message boards. If dave sucked, he would be gone. Harry (old producer from XM) only made it a few months before he was gone. He not only sucked on air, but could not go with the bit and from what was said, he sucked behind the scenes too. Dave is on air exactly what he is supposed to be, and what Ron and Fez want him to be. You do realize every week Ron does the bit "Dave this is the last time for board gossip", and then magically the next week it is back. Do you really think R&F would let this on if they hated it, or do you all think it could be a bit?

I like Earl's rock knowledge and that angle he brings to the show...and thought he was more useful when he was pulling in more guests because most of them were good...so i'd like to see him pull more guests...ESD, i think he's great on the show but i'd like to see them cut back his mic time...he's probably a complete jackass in his life but to me he offers some good comic relief
