Customs is aware of it, and a bunch of the suppliers have been fined up here for selling to the US, but if you can sneak them in, all the power to you.

Make sure it's a real pharmacy, but in all likeliness, you're going to get something expired from even a legit pharmacy. You have no rights to complain, so they can dump the stock they'd send back to the supplier for a 90% loss, or sell to you and never hear about it.

The concept is very good, but the chances of getting fucked, or the uncertainty, rather, is worse. The meds are an integral part of the process your docs use to keep you healthy, so uncertainty about whether it works or not for you shouldn't include outdated or fake meds. That's what baffles me the most about this whole border jumping thing.

Not to mention that even if you do get the right meds that aren't expired, there is a chance that it is not as strong a dosage as the US version. Drug Companies will routinely weaken the perscription medication to comply with a country's health department's regulations.
