Fez needs to be Drunk or Hypnotized 24/7

The guy does the best radio imaginable when he's out of his normal state of consciousness, then he starts getting shy on us when he's sober and under his own influence.
Cant keep him drunk 24/7, then he'd die in a year. Gotta find some comfortable medium, any suggestions?
