How do I cancel?

Last February I signed up for the "One Year of Paltalk x-treme Service" and then hardly ever used it. Now it's almost a year later and I called to cancel before it renews and the lady said she didn't have any of the info I gave her. The website (http://www.ipaycs.com) that I was directed to just said to call that number (1-877-509-8250).

there is a help room, search for HELP and there sould be a few paltalk admins in there. They should be able to help
