My dad makes great salsa -- but it's really more like Pico de Gallo than what most folks consider salsa. Tomatoes, habanero, basil, onion, and a bunch of secret stuff, I suppose. Mmmmm.

2 types of wings, dry rub, and Italian dressing marinated hot wings
stuffed jalapenos wrapped in prosciutto (same recipe)
chicken and cheese quesadillas
grilled shrimp skewers

plus chips and onion dip and a mexican 3-layer dip (cream cheese, canned chili, shredded cheese, simple and to die for...)

My friends aren't big drinkers, so probably a case of Bud or Miller Lite and a six of Guinness will be enough. And soda...

I was nervous the first time I tried it, but after making it fresh, i wont even fucking touch that jar stuff anymore.
As for the recipe....hahaha, I change it everytime I make it, always tweaking. I have a good one though that works well.
