You know what's funny? I've even tried to converse with these people in Hindi, and they are not allowed to talk to me in their native language. I can't understand a thing they say in english and there's definitely a gap between them and us created by the fact that they don't know what's going on here in many situations and can't insert themselves into real life, only in their training manuals.

It's not really your fault, to be honest. Being schooled in America, I probably wouldn't know the difference between different types of brown people, whether Indian, Middle Eastern (including Israeli/Jewish), South American, Spanish, Italian, South East Asian, etc.

I too hate the "Flow Chart" help as you call it. That's a very accurate description because all they are doing is using a glorified Troubleshooter program that should come loaded on computers if you ask me. You can hear them typing and clicking in the background if they have a good phone. They don't know a computer from a toaster, but they're just following on screen prompts.
