We all know Earl's review is coming up a week from Wednesday with Don Wicky Wickland.
What would your review of Earl be, of the past year.
We all know he can definetly say he'll do things, but other than the Subway Superman get what has the man done?
And a Raise?! Wicky should just openly laugh in his face.
He's admited that he's slipped, that he's average, yet he should be paid more?

I can't stand Earl, he brings nothing to the show. He just takes up airtime and doesn't entertain at all. He isn't even a good straightman for Ron as he gets way too defensive. Also I have had to change the channel a few times when earl gets on his screaming fit.

He needs to go. Ron and Fez could be huge but their producer sucks.

Earl over the past year:

Cons: Well there was that 30 day probation period for the Grammy's meltdown (which turned out to be his fault). He never has any food or gifts from the Prize Closet for Ron. He always says he is 'on top of it' but a few days later, always makes an excuse.

Pros: He had a helluva streak with the football picks, which seemed to give him a boost. But once he lost one, he lost that high he was on. I will give him credit for all the crap he takes (Crotch Critter). If anything he deserves a raise for that. And let's not forget his excellent 'radio gold' reports including dinosaurs being on Noah's Ark.

Result: I would give him a B.

Whether it is his fault or not, they have not had any guests consistently for a while. They get teh occassional Kareem in and Clyde, but that seems like the only guest they will get for days. Ron's back is fucking breaking from having to carry the show all day long.

that might even be to high. i have never heard anyone not be able to put a sentence together until earl. he never finishes a thought, doesnt answer questions, dodges most things, tries to do everything himself, doesnt know how to give direction or take it. he is that measley little guy you could push around and taunt until they explode and then go back to doing it again. he needs representation to make a case for him cuz if he has to do it himself we wont hear him tomorrow or anytime soon after. ron nailed him on just about every point dead on from this listeners perspective.
