Dear Mr. Don Wicklin,


I am writing to support Earl Douglas for Executive Producer of the Ron and Fez Show. His dedication to the Ron and Fez Show is the greatest bar none for the last 2 years. He is constantly bringing great guests and funny bits to the show. He has a great sense of knowing what Ron and Fez want and staying with them. Every day his choice of music is impeccable and appropriate for that day's show. He can play the face as well as a face when needed besides doing wonderful production work. He is in contact with the various fans and friends of the Ron and Fez Show. We have enjoyed the directors, actors, and sports stars he has brought in. He has taken the slack and the blame from the other less experienced staff members. Everyone who is a fan of the Ron and Fez show enjoys having him as part of the show.
