At 12:30PM, I leave High School because I have Statistics at GA Tech (dual enrollment). I go to Midtown Atlanta and come up to a red light. I sit there, waiting for it to change when I look back in the mirror. I see a car coming at me and I look away expecting it to stop. Well, it doesn't. Instead, the bitch hits me going a good 25 miles per hour and doesn't even brake until she is 50 feet within my bumper. The force knocks me into the middle of the going lane, luckly it wasn't busy. I get out the car and she does the same and automatically gives me this look. I ask if she is OK and she responds with, 'No, you made me wreck my car'. I asked how I was responsible and she says, 'You were too far from the white line where you are actually supposed to stop, I am not used to people being that far from it'. I say, 'That isn't my fault, you should have braked anyway, it doesn't matter'. She says, 'We will see what the officer decides when he gets here. I just smirk, call my insurance company and the police. The cop shows up, gets her side, gets my side and I am good to go. State Farm sends a car to pick me up and take me to my class so I wouldn't be late and my mom takes me after class to get a rental. I hope that bitch learned a lesson, don't be such a bag of idiot shit when you drive. I am glad that whore's car was totalled while all mine got was some bumper damage. Silly cunt.

God, I really love it when people say "No Fault" and don't know what it really means.

No fault has nothing to do with the fault of the accident, which is separate altogether. No faul "insurance" is what you get when you have an injury related to the accident. It doesn't matter whose fault it was, but you are covered for the medical bills by your insurance and that's it. It then becomes your insurance's responsibility to recover, should they choose, the compensation from the other company for those fees they laid out that you pay for in your premium. No fault allows people who need treatment immediately to get it and not refuse based on their financial situations.

If there was "No fault" for accidents, that's essentially a forgive and forget contract in the insurance. Not so. Read an accident report. If the cop isn't there, they are limited to what fault they can place on the drivers, but the insurance adjusters negotiate with one another for a mutually beneficial claim percentage for them both. If it's obvious who's at fault in the accident, like a car backing out of a parking spot into a road, then a cop can assess fault, which the insurance companies will take into consideration when they negotiate the fault of both parties.

I had an asshole hit the side of my car, then verbally abused my insurance company to give him a same day check for 500, claiming I hit him. The worst part was, sight unseen, on just a police report of the incident, they paid him to go away. I was fucking livid, but the retribution was when his insurance company deemed the accident his fault and paid me out, including medical, towing, lost work. The funniest part was a day later, he produced a witness in his girlfriend that just happened to not be there during the accident. They tried to get another statement to beat my insurance company up with and his insurance company stuck up for me and told him he was lying and forwarded the police report to them. He was just getting his medical license and I wantd to go after him for insurance fraud, but the insurance company was happy in paying him off and not bothering to remove an accident from my record that was entirely his fault.

Since this is wackbag,I don't care if I start some shit.Every job I have had since H.S. involves me driving,from OTR trucker to the job I have now,where I drive all day.I have a perfect safety record over 20 years of driving.

I paid $150 for my myfi and $50 for a used Nexxus and was told for my trouble I could get a new xm radio with a 6 month subscription. A big fuck you to xm coz that's the fucking promo you are running you pieces of shit. Fucking Opie and Anthony fans got to suffer coz of their stupid ass piece of shit fucking Indian customer service. Yes I talked to an Indian bitch after Anthony complained about fucking Indian's handling Dell customer service. Fuck XM, sorry ass mother fuckers.
